Spent a (very!) rainy day at the Chelsea flower show with clients today, but the silver lining was better views of the gardens with fewer crowds, and bonding over our wet dresses and soggy feet! I am feeling so energised, positive and impressed after a day of learning from peers and leadership. We had so much fun - lots of laughter and creativity- and the mandatory evacuation was a bonus in the sunshine. Varied and insightful day today which included: a passionate debate about endgame strategies (thank you Winmark for organising and Rothesay for hosting), and a WTW event to #InspireInclusion as part of #iwd2024. This latter event had a fantastic vibe and was brilliantly facilitated by emily nichols, allowing delegates to share some horror stories, lots of positive stories, and insights and tips.
